You do need a second strong person to flip the bed after assembling it since it is assembled upside-down. Also the second person will come in handy to take turns using the supplied Allen wrench (which you HAVE TO use). Very sturdy bed. There were some fumes after opening the box but they seem to have dissipated fairly quickly. I really like this bed. I’ll update my review after a month of usage. I do weigh 274 lbs so im sure that is a pretty good test.
